Getting your order

Precut pieces ship UPS Ground anywhere in the lower 48. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in the cart. Due to the nature of shipping sheet stock, shipping costs can rise quite a bit on the larger cuts. Keep that in mind, it may make more sense to get more of a small size to save on shipping! Most orders go out the same day or within two business days, and UPS usually has it to you in one to five business days from there. We'll email you tracking as soon as it leaves the building.

Full 48" × 96" and 48" × 72" sheets don't ship UPS. Those are pickup or local delivery; the delivery option shows up in the cart if your address is in our delivery area, and the full-sheet delivery charge is added automatically.

Pickup

Order online and pick up at 2929 N. Pulaski Rd, Chicago, Monday through Friday, 9 to 4. We'll email you when it's ready, usually the same day or within two business days. Smaller cuts can be picked up in the showroom and larger sheets can be picked up in the back on our loading dock. Turn down George St. and then through the alley. You will see our back lot 100 feet or so down the alley.
