If something's wrong, tell us

If anything shows up damaged, cut to the wrong size, or just not what you ordered, get in touch and we'll fix it. Email websales@petersenplastics.com or call (773) 286-5666 with your order number and a photo or two, and we'll take it from there.

Please look everything over when it arrives and let us know within 3 days of delivery. After that we can't file a claim with the carrier, which makes it a lot harder to help.

If a box arrives beaten up, hang on to the box and packaging until we've sorted it out; the carrier will want to see it.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please note that once our sheet stock is cut and shipped we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with the order, please call us as soon as you can. If the precut is stocked we can cancel the order with a full refund. If parts need to be cut, there will be a 25% restocking fee for a canceled order.

About the material

Acrylic is a manufactured product and it comes with small variances from the factory. Everything we sell meets standard industry specs. If you have a use where that matters (optical, display-critical, tight-tolerance), tell us before you order and we'll steer you to the right sheet.
