HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

  • Petersen Brothers Plastics has been in business for over 75 years!  We are Chicago's go-to for custom acrylic fabrication and signage.  Covid-19 has changed our business drastically.  We are now focused on providing PPE to our communities and want our new customers to know we are here to help!  See how we've helped here!

IS THIS YOUR MAIN WEBSITE?

  • Actually it isn't!  This site was set up specifically to help businesses with PPE needs to reopen safely.  Our long-standing main website is at petersenplastics.com- Check it out to learn more about us!

IS COVID-19 EFFECTING PICK-UPS?

  • Yes but no need to worry!  Our main retail entrance is closed until further notice and we are accepting pick-ups in our dock area.  Please turn onto George St. and take the next left down the alley.  You will see our back parking lot about 50 yards down.  Ring the bell or call ahead for service!

HOW ARE YOU KEEPING PICK-UPS SAFE?

  • We are taking safety very seriously and are following all state and federal guidelines to stop the spread of viruses.  For this reason we will only have your items ready outside and you will be responsible for loading your vehicle.  Please call ahead for a contact-less pick up if required.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

  • We want you happy and healthy and will work to make sure your order is complete and correct!  To better assit everyone any issue with your order must be reported within a week of pickup and within 24 hours for damage in shipment.  Please email websales@petersenplastics.com, or call (773) 286-5666 with any order issues.

DO YOU SHIP OUT OF STATE?

  • Yes we do!  Please contact us for a quote on UPS shipping.  Please include the size and quantity of units you are looking at and we will follow up with pricing in 1-2 business days.  We are working now to get UPS pricing integrated to make your life a ton easier!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

  • We will have most orders ready in 2-3 business days.  A larger order may take 1-2 days longer.  If for any reason your order will not be ready within this time frame we will contact you immediately.

DO THE GERM GUARDS HAVE A PASS THROUGH?

  • They can!  All of our germ guard products are available with or without a 12" wide x 4" tall transaction pass through.  Please specify in checkout notes what you need!

I AM PLACING AN ORDER WITH A TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION.  WHAT DO I DO?

  • Please create an account with us and send an email with your tax exempt paperwork.  Once we have verified your business or organization we will update your account with the proper tax code!  Please be sure to use the same email address on your account when checking out.

DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

  • Due to a large variety of sizes, thicknesses, and styles of guards we offer and the very limited availability of clear acrylic, our germ guards are made to order.  Our face shields are stocked and ready to pickup or ship same day or next day!
